V-Day Banana Cake Recipe
The total cooking time for this recipe is 80 minutes. The V-Day Banana Cake is an organic recipe. To make one, you will be needing the following:
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
8 bananas
1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons fresh fruit
1/4 cup sugar
1 pint heavy whipping cream
Here's what you need to do.
1.First, you need to grease and flour your 2-later cake pans. Pre-heat the oven to 375F degrees.
2.Second, mix the baking powder, salt and the four. Temporarily set aside afterwards.

5.In mixing, pour heavy whipped cream. Beat when adding sugar slowly until light and fluffy.
6.When the cake is baked, poke holes on the top using toothpicks to make it cool down. Add ½ bananas to the bottom. Top with whipped cream icing. Repeat the two layers twice. Lastly, cover the whole cake with whipped cream icing then put inside your refrigerator.
