how do i clean the steel exhaust tips of my car, it has old dirt that has stuck hard on to it i dont wanna scrape it cause that will scratch the steel.
Try to get the dirt off first with a power washer or some light scrubbing/scrapping. The dirt is the main problem. Chrome cleaner is fine but that COMET powder is really good for cleaning the chrome rims of my race cars, it needs to be rinsed off real good afterwards but it works really really well. makes it shine!
