Cleaning rust on bathroom laminate bench top?

Does anyone have any idea how to remove rust from a laminate bathroom bench top? It marks very easily, I leave nail clippers or metal hair clips on the bench & hubby comes in and shaves leaving water everywhere resulting in rust marks!! Help!!

What you need is Iron Out Rust Removerâ„¢.

You can buy Iron Out at most hardware stores and also on the Internet:

http://www.google.com/products?q=iron+out+rust+remover&hl=en&lnk=pruser&price1=&price2=10

BTW…don’t use bleach on the rust marks. Bleach makes rust marks more permanent.

And I would be careful using anything abrasive. You could end up scratching the laminate.

    Hi,

Try a magic eraser pad from Wall Marts.
They wear out fast so buy the large ones,
and the generic brand do work good.
