How do I clean rust spots and dirty walls in my swimming pool?

I’ve got a 24′ round above ground pool. Looks like rust stains, probably from my garden water hose. Left stains on the liner. I also have a dull, dirty look on most of the bottom and on the walls. What could it be and how do I clean it?

rust is curosion, that wont come off, you can try bleach, let set for alil while then scrub, it could lighten the stain alittle, but I beleive you are either going to have to live with it or get another liner. Its very expensive. (this happened to me,( not with a hose though the liner was ruined)
