I am looking into purchasing a classic car but rust will be involved and therefore an issue. How much would it cost to do the work myself to remove rust holes, sandblast, weld, etc.? I have no idea how much these materials cost but I am willing to learn everything I need to. – thanks!
I was wondering what the cost would be for all of the supplies for repairing the rust, removal, welding, rust-proofing the undercarriage,etc.

im amusing u know how to weld and lay down filler if the pannel has a few holes smaller that the size of a pen just weld shut if not but out the old rust replace spot with sheet metal weld in and level it with filler if more than 20-25% of the panel is rusted ide buy a new one
