How much would it cost to repair / rebuild an 11 x 9 garage roof that has extensive water damage and waterproof the beams from the inside to stop the mold and corrosion? Please include the price of materials vs. the cost of labor and disposal of all trash and debris. I would like a pricing for a one man team.
put a tarp on for for now so it doesnt get any worse.. 9×11 isnt a garage its a shed. to put a completely new roof rafters sheeting and roll roofing materials should be under $250. a handyman should do it for another $250 for a one day project.
