I have a handheld game with a little corrosion on one of the battery terminals. How do I clean it off?

Just a small amount of corrosion on one of the positive terminals from leaving the batteries in too long without playing it. Is there any way to clean it off? It will not work even with new batteries.

easiest and fastest way would be to use a small emery board. Gently rub the end against the terminal and it shouod remove all the corrosion.,

a small wire brush works well, if it is a small amount you may be able to use a stiff toothbrush…
