Rust-free cooking equipment: Cook it with passion and ease!
The worst part about college and having no choice but to live in a dorm is that you get limited cooking. For
most college students, an electric stove and a coffee maker should be enough to make a kitchen. Given this, it becomes highly important for dormers that they take good care of their kitchen equipment. Otherwise, they will be forced to spend most of their allowance on hefty fast food meals. Below are a few quick and no-fuzz rust removal tips to help you get rid of rust and keep your stoves and coffee makers clean and in good condition all the time.
- Place your kitchen ware in an area near the window. It does not only keep you safer from fire and other electric mishaps, it also keeps your cooking tools free from excessive moisture and thus, rusting.
- No room for laziness please. We understand how college can make us as busy as bees. But keeping your advantageous rust removers ready all the time and instilling a responsible and prompt attitude will go a long way in keeping your kitchenware in good working condition for a long time.
- A regular clean up can do magic. Allot one cleanup day. You can pick either Saturday or Sunday or any day where your load is less than normal. Wash your coffee maker. Take out all coffee residues. Wipe your stove using a damp cloth then finish off using a clean and dry cloth. Make sure that you take out all food spills.
- Safety and good health is an important rule for surviving college. To ensure added safety, use only
no-harm natural cleaning products as often as possible. Commercial cleaners contain chemicals which can cause harmful effects in human’s health and in the wellness of the environment.
Bear these simple tips in mind and survive college with a fat chunk of savings – find out dorm cooking pays off, despite everything.
