Some caterers are even using utensils made of organic materials such as sugarcane, corn and potato starch.
Apart from the transportation and the food, gift giving can also be an area where wedding can be green. There are now websites offering couples some help to choose an environmental charity to where guests can donate instead of giving wrapped gifts.
